Beep One is operated by Beep Group inc. in Montréal, Québec. Questions or requests: danny@beepgroup.ca.
Person responsible for the protection of personal information: Danny Malouin, danny@beepgroup.ca.
Beep One brings updates from accounts you choose into your own dashboard. Connecting an account is your choice.
We read inbox metadata and short previews, including subjects, people, dates, labels and read status. We do not store full message bodies or attachments. Connected services are read-only in this preview. We request permission to change messages (Gmail modify, Microsoft Mail.ReadWrite and ZohoMail.messages.UPDATE) for upcoming triage actions without asking again, and will not change anything until that feature ships and you use it.
Application data is stored with Supabase in Canada. Refresh credentials are encrypted in Vault. Access is checked on the server. Logs contain structural events and safe error codes, not email contents or tokens.
Synced items are kept for your chosen sync window (1 to 90 days), plus items you keep, and are deleted on disconnect if you choose to delete local items.
We use connected account data to provide your dashboard. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. These pages have no tracking.
Beep One's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect a source in Your sources. The confirmation explains which local items will be deleted. Disconnect stops local access. You can also remove access in your provider's account settings. Contact us to request deletion of your Beep One account and its data.
